By booking a portrait sitting with us you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- Pricing is correct as from 1st September 2010.
- Sittings are by appointment only.
- Your sitting fee is to be paid within 48 hours of booking.
- Family Sittings and Individual Sittings take approximately 1 hour. Larger group sittings can take longer and have a higher sitting fee.
- Children can bring different outfits for the session to help them feel more relaxed.
- Your photographs will be available for you to view on a proof CD approximately 1 week after your session. After that orders must be placed within one month of receiving your proof CD. If not your images may be deleted.
- The sitting fee is non-refundable however I will be more than happy to reschedule due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances; please notify me as soon as possible before your session if you must reschedule.
- Studio 82 Photography has the right to use any photographs from your sitting for promotional purposes such as poster displays, the website etc, you will always be asked for permission beforehand.
- Photographs may not be copied or reproduced in any form without permission.
- Photographs taken will be archived for a period of 3 months before being deleted. It is your responsibility to order any images required before that date.
